Scrape Scrape Scrape

Hear the sound of the metaphorical barrel of inspiration being scraped.

So.

Going to have a celebratory after-exams barbeque and sleepover tomorrow night. Too bad it's been blowing a gale and raining the last two days. Ah well.

Title of the blog reminds me of a Shoogle Nifty song, Scraping the barrel. It's really smart, nice riff, if that's the right thing to call it. Maybe a sequence, theme? I really should have revised more concepts for my Standard Grade Music...

Oh yes, the exams are all done now, as you may have gathered from two paragraphs ago. I've had a lot of time of to slob, and take some wonderful walks too. Some days have been really pretty and sunny, and I took a few walks down to Ness Point and such places. I sit on the shore and watch the seals bathing on the rocks and grunting at each other. The other day I swear they were about 10 metres away from me. It was really lovely, sometimes I think Orkney is the nicest place in the world when it's sunny. Unfortunately this is rarely so.

Well, I'm off to bed. I'll probably post again soon, maybe with a drawing or two if you're lucky.

Comments:
Rain kicks the ass!

Well, not really. Depending on direction and positioning it may make the ass a little damp but meh.
